Dr. I. Benjamin Prabahar is an accomplished academic and administrator, currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Commerce at Arul Anandar College (Autonomous) in Madurai. Holding a Ph.D. in Commerce and an honorary D.Litt. from the Global Environmental University of America, he has a proven track record in leadership, having previously served as Head of the Department, Vice Principal, and College Coordinator. His extensive research portfolio includes nine articles in SCOPUS-indexed and UGC-listed journals, nine book chapters, and three influential academic books. Dr. I. Benjamin Prabahar is celebrated for a student-centric teaching philosophy that expertly bridges the gap between theoretical excellence, practical application, and community involvement.

Mr. A. Stephen Jeyaraj is an Assistant Professor and the current Head of the Department of Commerce at Arul Anandar College (Autonomous), Karumathur, a position he has held since 2022. With a teaching career at the institution spanning nearly two decades (since 2007), he has significantly contributed to campus life, notably serving as the Youth Red Cross (YRC) Coordinator from 2012 to 2021. An active researcher and academic, Prof. Jeyaraj have presented papers at 10 national and international conferences and is frequently invited as an external examiner by various prestigious colleges.

Dr. K. Ramya, Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Department of Commerce with Computer Applications, Arul Anandar College (Autonomous), Karumathur, Madurai District. Ramya is an accomplished Commerce educator with extensive experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce and has made significant academic contributions through numerous research publications and conference presentations. Her achievements include receiving the Best Teacher Award (2023–2024), publishing a textbook and an international book chapter, and actively serving in academic leadership roles, reflecting her commitment to excellence in teaching and research.
