Dr. I. Benjamin Prabahar is a distinguished academic and administrator holding a Ph.D. in commerce and honorary D.Litt. From the Global Environmental University of America. Currently serving as Assistant Professor of Commerce at Arul Anandar college (Autonomous), Karumathur, Madurai (district), he has previously held key leadership roles including head of the department, vice principal, and college Co-ordinator. His research spans leadership, entrepreneurship, management, marketing, e-commerce, and financial technology, with 9 research articles published in SCOPUS – Indexed and UGC care listed journals, 7 book chapters, and 2 widely referenced academic books to his credit. A passionate educator, he is recognized for his student centric pedagogy that blends theoretical rigour with practical exposure and community engagement.
