Article Structure

To maintain consistency across published articles, manuscripts should generally be organized using the following structure:

  • Title: The title should be concise, informative, and accurately describe the main focus of the research. Avoid unnecessary abbreviations and ensure the title includes relevant scientific keywords to improve discoverability.
  • Author Information: Provide the full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, country, and the email address of the corresponding author. The corresponding author will serve as the primary contact throughout the editorial and publication process.
  • Abstract: The abstract should provide a concise summary of the research, including the background, objectives, methodology, principal findings, and conclusions. It should enable readers to understand the significance of the study without referring to the full manuscript.
  • Keywords: Include relevant keywords immediately following the abstract. Keywords should accurately represent the research topic and improve indexing, discoverability, and search engine visibility.
  • Introduction: The introduction should clearly present the research background, current state of knowledge, literature context, research gap, objectives, and significance of the study.
  • Materials and Methods: Describe the study design, materials, experimental procedures, data collection methods, statistical analyses, and ethical approvals in sufficient detail to allow reproducibility of the research.
  • Results: Present the findings clearly and objectively using text, tables, figures, and appropriate statistical analyses where applicable. Avoid repeating identical information in multiple formats.
  • Tables and Figures: Tables and figures should complement the manuscript by presenting research findings clearly, accurately, and effectively. Each table and figure must be cited in the text in consecutive numerical order and accompanied by a concise, descriptive title or caption. Authors should ensure that all graphical elements are of high quality, clearly labelled, and suitable for publication. Where previously published material is used, authors must obtain the appropriate permissions and provide proper acknowledgement.
  • Equations: Mathematical equations should be created using an appropriate equation editor and numbered consecutively where necessary. Authors are encouraged to use the International System of Units (SI Units) throughout the manuscript to ensure consistency and scientific accuracy.
  • Discussion: Interpret the results in relation to previous studies, explain their scientific significance, discuss limitations, and highlight future research opportunities.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the major findings and emphasize the scientific contribution and practical implications of the research.
  • Acknowledgements: Recognize individuals, organizations, institutions, or funding agencies that contributed to the research but do not meet the criteria for authorship.

  • References: List all cited literature accurately and consistently according to the journal’s reference style.
  • Reference Style: Accurate referencing is essential for maintaining academic integrity and acknowledging the contributions of previous research. Authors should ensure that every citation included in the text appears in the reference list and that all references are complete, accurate, and consistently formatted according to the journal’s prescribed reference style. Authors are responsible for verifying the accuracy of bibliographic information, including author names, article titles, journal names, volume numbers, issue numbers, page ranges, publication years, and Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs), where available.
  • Abbreviations and Units: Abbreviations should be defined at their first appearance in both the abstract and the main text. Standard scientific abbreviations may be used where appropriate. Measurements, symbols, and scientific units should conform to internationally accepted SI Units to ensure consistency and facilitate global scientific communication.
