Digital Resources & Search Engine Awareness Programme

Introduction

Dr. BGR Publications organized an academic awareness programme for I M.Sc. and II M.Sc. Zoology students at V.H.N.S.N. College (Autonomous), Virudhunagar, to enhance information literacy and promote the effective use of digital resources for academic research.

During the programme, students were introduced to major academic and web search platforms, digital information resources, and responsible online information retrieval techniques. An educational Search Engine Presentation (SlideShare) on search engines was shared to support learning and research skills. Following the awareness session, research data were collected to evaluate students' utilization of digital resources, and the findings were subsequently published in the International Journal of Business and Economics Research (IJBER) .
