Submission Guidelines for Special Issue Proposals
A Special Issue proposal should include:

- Guest Editor(s) Details (Full name, Institutional affiliation, Email address, ORCID id, Short academic biography)

Special Issue Submission Policy for Guest Editors
To ensure an efficient and transparent editorial workflow, only single (combined) submission is permitted for Special Issues.
- The Guest Editor shall circulate the Call for Papers and collect all manuscripts from invited authors.
- Manuscripts must be screened by the Guest Editor for relevance, formatting, and basic quality before submission.
- Once all papers are finalized, the Guest Editor must submit all collected manuscripts together in a single submission to the Publisher .
- Individual or multiple submissions by authors are not permitted for Special Issues.
- Submissions sent separately or in multiple batches will not be accepted.

- Avoid duplicate or multiple submissions
- Maintain editorial consistency
- Streamline peer review and publication timelines
- Ensure smooth coordination between Guest Editors and the Publisher

Copyright Submission Policy
Submission of the Copyright Transfer / Copyright Declaration Form is mandatory (100%) for all Special Issue submissions.
The following requirements must be strictly followed:
- The Copyright Form must be submitted without exception.
- All Guest Editors involved in the Special Issue are required to submit the Copyright Form.
- For each manuscript, the Corresponding Author must submit the duly signed Copyright Form.
- Manuscripts will not be processed for review or publication without the completed Copyright Form.
- No excuses, extensions, or exemptions will be accepted under any circumstances.
This policy ensures:
- Legal compliance
- Protection of authors’ and publisher’s rights
- Ethical and transparent publication practices
- Failure to comply with this requirement will result in rejection or delay of the manuscript.
Editorial Note (Optional but Recommended)
By submitting a manuscript or participating as a Guest Editor, contributors agree to comply fully with the copyright and publication policies of Dr. BGR Publications.
Open Access License
All articles published in Dr. BGR Publications’ open access journals are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Under this license:
- Readers are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of articles
- The work may be shared, reused, adapted, and reproduced in any medium or format
- Commercial use is permitted
Provided that:

Post-Publication and Plagiarism Policy
Once a Special Issue has been published, all contents are considered final.
Post-Publication Changes
- No corrections, additions, or deletions will be accepted after publication under any circumstances.
- Authors and Guest Editors must ensure that all manuscripts are accurate, complete, and approved prior to publication.
- Any request for post-publication modification will be strictly rejected.
Plagiarism and Ethical Responsibility
- Full responsibility for plagiarism or any ethical misconduct lies solely with the author(s) of the manuscript.
- Dr. BGR Publications and the Publisher shall not be held responsible for plagiarism, data falsification, or unethical content submitted by authors.
- If plagiarism or serious ethical issues are identified before or after publication, the concerned article will be removed immediately without prior notice.
- The Publisher reserves the right to take appropriate editorial action, including article removal, public notice, and notification to concerned institutions, where necessary.
Editorial Declaration (Highly Recommended)
By submitting a manuscript, all authors confirm that the work is original, has not been plagiarized, and complies with ethical publishing standards. Authors accept full legal and academic responsibility for the content of their submissions.

- Editorship is entirely free of charge.
- There are no hidden fees, charges, or payments of any kind associated with editorship.
- Editors are not required to pay Dr. BGR Publications, either directly or indirectly.
- Intermediaries or third parties should not be used to obtain editorship.
- Interested editors must contact Dr. BGR Publications directly via email. Our team is ready to assist you.
- All submitted content must comply with standards and maintain professional quality.
- If an Article Processing Charge (APC) applies, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
