The Responsibility of the Reviewer
- The reviewer is responsible for evaluating a paper in their specialty field and honest feedback to authors about their submission.
- It is suitable for the reviewer to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the article, ways to improve the quality of the work and evaluate the uniqueness of the manuscript.
Before Reviewing, Please Consider the Following:
If you accept a paper that covers a topic that is not your research area of expertise, please notify the chief editor as soon as possible. Please feel free to recommend another reviewer.
Reviewing process is confidential duty and please do not discuss any part of the submissions with a third party. Please do not contact the author directly.
