About the Book
I am Dr. Vinu J R. This is my first venture into the field of education, focused on my research work. My book explores the relationship between Intelligence, Attitude, and Achievement, with a foundation in psychology. Specifically, the study examines the relationship between Naturalistic Intelligence, Scientific Attitude, and Academic Achievement in Biology among higher secondary students.
This research is conducted as a survey, and it also investigates the impact of demographic variables on the academic achievement of Biology students at the higher secondary level. Ultimately, understanding the interplay between naturalistic intelligence, scientific attitude, and academic achievement can provide valuable insights for educators. Enhancing these traits in students can lead to better educational outcomes and foster a deeper appreciation for the biological sciences. Conducting empirical research on this topic can help identify effective teaching strategies and interventions to support student learning in biology.

About Author
Dr. Vinu J.R is an Assistant Professor in Teacher Education at PPG College of Education, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu, India. She holds a postgraduate degree in Zoology from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, and a Master of Education from PPG College of Education, Coimbatore. She obtained her Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India. With over ten years of experience in the field of education, Dr. Vinu has published numerous articles in national and international journals. More than twenty-five students have completed their M.Ed dissertation work under her guidance. She has a passion for teaching Zoology.
