Through practical examples and step-by-step approaches, the book guides researchers, students, and analysts in selecting and applying suitable tools for analyzing data where the order matters but the distance between categories is not defined.

Dr. T. Suguna, Assistant Professor of Management Studies at Virudhunagar Hindu Nadars’ Senthikumara Nadar College (Autonomous), Virudhunagar, has 12 years of teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her areas of expertise include Marketing and Human Resource Management. She has published 20 research papers in reputed journals and has presented over 50 papers at national and international conferences.

In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Suguna has served as a Resource Person at various colleges and contributed as a member of the Organizing Committee for OGA at V.H.N.S.N College (Autonomous), Virudhunagar. She also served as the Convener of MOTO’23.

Her dedication to academic and social excellence has earned her prestigious recognitions, including the International Distinguished Teacher Award in 2023 and the Academic Excellence Award in 2024 for her commitment to social responsibility. She also served as the UBA Coordinator at V.H.N.S.N College and was the Convener of an International Conference in 2024.

In 2024, she made a significant contribution to an ISBN-edited volume published for an international conference and authored a scholarly book titled Artificial Intelligence and Business Analytics: A Transformative Force in Industry 5.0. She received recognition from JCI Virudhunagar award in the year 2025.
