Mr. Jovin R. B is an emerging academic and dedicated researcher currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Commerce at St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Tiruchirapalli, affiliated with Bharathidasan University. With a strong academic background that includes a B.Com from Scott Christian College, an M.Com from St. Joseph’s College, and an MBA through a twinning program with Pondicherry Central University, Mr. Jovin has cultivated a robust foundation in commerce and business studies. His commitment to research and professional growth is evident in his active participation in national and international seminars, workshops, webinars, and faculty development programs (FDPs) focused on digital tools, academic research, and fintech. He has presented and published papers in reputed journals, including Scopus-indexed publications, and has contributed several book chapters on diverse topics such as green marketing, women entrepreneurship, fintech, and blockchain innovations. In addition to his academic pursuits, Mr. Jovin has also served as a leadership trainer at Carmel Higher Secondary School, where he developed and delivered training programs on leadership and personal development. His technical proficiencies include Tally Prime and MS Office, and he holds certifications in digital marketing, business analytics, and Python programming. Mr. Jovin is an enthusiastic learner with strong skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team building. Dr. J. Robert Edwin Chester is an honoured academic and experienced researcher currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce at KL University, Vijayawada. With an impressive career spanning 30 years, Dr. J. Robert Edwin has made significant contributions to the field of commerce and management through his teaching and research across various countries, including 13 years in Republic of Maldives, 6 years in the Kingdom of Bahrain, 2 years in the Republic of Malawi  (Central Africa), and India. Dr. Robert Edwin Chester earned his Ph.D. in Commerce from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, in 2008. His scholarly journey is marked by the publication of 56 research articles in numerous reputed journals, encompassing UGC Care-listed journals, Scopus-indexed journals, peer-reviewed publications, and conference proceedings. With a strong academic foundation and years of research experience, she has significantly contributed to the advancement of knowledge in areas including image processing, pattern recognition, neural networks, and cloud computing. She has nearly 27 years of teaching experience in various colleges like NMSSVN, Madurai, Scott Christian College and Government Arts and Science Colleges in Ramanathapuram, Kovilpatti and Nagercoil. She obtained her Ph.D. in Computer Applications from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, in 2023, with a specialization in Adaptive Learning Model Based Facial Recognition Systems. Dr. V. Betcy Thanga Shoba has actively presented her work at numerous international conferences and seminars, covering topics such as cyber security, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data science. Her scholarly work includes multiple research publications in reputed journals such as Multimedia Tools and Applications (Springer), The Computer Journal (Oxford), and Imaging Science Journal (Taylor and Francis), showcasing her contributions to high-impact technological research.
