About the Authors
Dr. M.Gomathi, is currently an Assistant Professor in the P.G. and Research Department of Commerce at Providence College for Women (Autonomous), Coonoor. She started her academic career in the year 2006. She completed her Ph.D in 2016 in Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She has demonstrated excellence in both teaching and research. With 32 published articles, her contributions to the academic community have been significant, and her work has been recognized through 2 copyrights awarded by the Government of India. Her Area of specializations are Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources—reflect her diverse expertise and commitment to advancing knowledge in these critical domains. Over the course of her career, she has successfully produced 1 Ph.D. scholar and is currently supervising 4 Ph.D. candidates. Her dedication to mentoring students and contributing to research makes her a valuable asset to the academic community.
Anumol P.T. Currently an Assistant Professor of Finance at Nilgiri Collge of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Thaloor. She is a distinguished scholar with over 8 years of experience in academia. She is pursuing her Ph.D from Bharathiar University. She has made significant contributions to the field through numerous publications. Her research interests include quantitative finance, behavioural finance, and ethical investing, with a particular focus on how emerging technologies like AI are transforming financial markets.
