1. Scope

This Declaration & Consent applies to all authors, editors, and corresponding authors submitting manuscripts, book chapters, or papers for ISBN-assigned books and/or conference proceedings published by Dr. BGR Publications.

2. Author Declaration

I/We hereby solemnly declare that the manuscript/paper/chapter submitted to Dr. BGR Publications is original, unpublished, and has not been submitted, accepted, or published elsewhere in any form, whether print or digital.

I/We expressly confirm that the submission does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. Where third party material (including figures, tables, images, datasets, or excerpts) is used, explicit written permission has been obtained and proper acknowledgements have been provided.

I/We accept full legal responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, and originality of the submitted content.

I/We confirm that all co authors have reviewed and approved the final version.

3. Consent for Publication & Rights Grant

I/We hereby irrevocably grant Dr. BGR Publications a non exclusive, worldwide right to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, index, and disseminate the submitted work in print, electronic, and digital formats under an assigned ISBN.

This consent includes inclusion in academic repositories, library catalogues, indexing services, online platforms, and publication related promotional materials.

4. Ethical Compliance, Liability & Indemnification

I/We affirm that the submission is free from plagiarism, fabricated or falsified data, defamatory content, and unethical research practices.

I/We acknowledge that Dr. BGR Publications reserves the absolute right to reject, retract, withdraw, or suspend publication at any stage, including post publication, if any breach is identified.

I/We agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. BGR Publications, its editors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from false declarations, copyright violations, or ethical misconduct.

5. Finality of Publication & No Correction Policy

I/We acknowledge and expressly agree that once the final proof has been approved by the author/editor and the publication is released on the website, including but not limited to special issues, conference proceedings, workshop proceedings, edited books, chapter books, textbooks, or any other publication format, no corrections, revisions, or content modifications shall be permitted or accepted by the publisher.

I/We understand that all files are published only after author approved proof correction, and any request for changes after publication whether textual, author details, affiliation, order of authors, title, or content shall be strictly declined.

I/We accept full responsibility for reviewing and approving the final proof prior to publication.

6. Open Access (OA) & Eco Friendly Publishing Policy

I/We acknowledge and agree that Dr. BGR Publications follows a complete Open Access (OA) publishing model. All publications, communications, and official records are maintained exclusively in digital format.

I/We clearly understand and accept that no hard copies including but not limited to books, proceedings, letters, invoices, or certificates will be issued, dispatched, or provided at any stage, under any circumstances.

I/We further acknowledge that all official communication, certificates, and publication deliverables shall be provided only in electronic format (PDF or digital files) via authorized online channels.

This policy is adopted in support of eco friendly, sustainable, and paperless publishing practices, and is strictly non negotiable.

7. Data Retention, Deletion & Access Policy

I/We acknowledge and agree that after the paper/book/chapter/conference or special issue is published and made live on the official Dr. BGR Publications website, all author submitted working data (including drafts, proofs, forms, emails, and internal processing files) are permanently deleted from the publisher’s office systems and internal storage.

I/We understand that only the final published version and essential bibliographic metadata are retained and maintained solely on the official Dr. BGR Publications website for public access, indexing, archiving, and record purposes.

I/We acknowledge that the publisher shall not be responsible for retaining or re issuing internal files or unpublished data after publication, and authors are solely responsible for maintaining their own copies of submitted materials.

8. Final Acknowledgement & Governing Law

I/We understand that submission of this declaration is mandatory for ISBN processing and publication approval. Submission of this form constitutes a legally binding agreement.

Dr. BGR Publications reserves the sole editorial and administrative discretion with respect to publication decisions, policy interpretation, and publication-related matters.

This declaration shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this declaration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, India.
