Dr. L.Joshua Paul Moses, Assistant Professor of Management Studies in Virudhunagar Hindu Nadars’ Senthikumara Nadar College (Autonomous) Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu is having 10 years of teaching experience both at UG and PG level. His areas of specialization are Marketing and Human Resources Management. He has published 6 papers in reputed journals and has presented more than 50 Papers at National and International Conferences. The ISBN book Services Marketing was authored by him. As his credit he Edited two ISBN book New Frontiers in Business Management and New Horizons of Research in Business Management in the year of 2024 For his credit, he is having a full packed experience as Resource person at different colleges. He was identified as a best teacher and awarded Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Best Teacher Award in the year 2022 and another best teacher award by SILAMPOLI FOUNDATION in the year 2023. At present he served, as a University Nominee for Parasakthi College for women (Autonomous) Coutrallam. Being a socially responsible person, he is serving as the club Treasurer in Lions International.

Dr. S.Selvanathan is presently working as Head & Assistant Professor of Commerce (SF) in Virudhunagar Hindu Nadars’ Senthikumara Nadar College (Autonomous), Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu. He has 14 years of teaching experience. He has published 14 Edited Books, 7 special issues at e-journal, 67 Research Articles in the National and International Journals and Edited Books. He has presented 92 papers in various International, National and State Level Conferences and Seminars and also won accolades for 3 best paper presentations in the same. He has also acted as a Convener, Co-ordinator and Organising Committee Member in various Workshops, Conferences and Seminars. He has delivered 66 Lecturers in Seminar/Conferences, Workshops and Guest Lecture Programmes. He was the recipient of Two Best Teacher Awards, Dr.Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan National Award, Best Guide Teacher Award & Best Human Resource Award.

Mrs. A.N.Bhuvaneswari is working as an Assistant Professor of Commerce (CA) in the prestigious institution Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College (Autonomous), Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu.
