Hands-on Training in Mushroom Cultivation | Practical Workshop Report

Introduction

On behalf of Dr. BGR Publications, a hands-on training programme in mushroom cultivation was successfully organized on October 18, 2019. This practical workshop aimed to provide students with real-time knowledge and skills in sustainable mushroom farming.

Why Mushroom Cultivation?

In today’s modern lifestyle, the demand for high-protein, nutritious food is increasing significantly. Mushrooms are an excellent source of protein, vitamins, and minerals, making them an ideal dietary choice.

Additionally, mushroom cultivation is an important area of applied science, offering opportunities for entrepreneurship, self-employment, and sustainable agriculture.
