Editorial Policy – Proof Approval & Corrections
1. Proof Review Responsibility
Authors are responsible for carefully reviewing the final proof of their accepted manuscript. This proof represents the version that will be published online.
2. Scope of Permitted Corrections
At the proof stage, only minor corrections are permitted. These include:
- Typographical errors
- Formatting issues
- Contact detail corrections
Major changes are strictly not permitted at this stage.
3. Prohibited Changes
The following changes are not allowed after acceptance:
- Addition or deletion of content
- Modification of results, data, tables, or figures
- Changes to methodology or conclusions
- Addition or removal of authors
- Changes that affect the scientific meaning or scope of the article
Requests for such changes will not be considered.
4. Approval with Minor Corrections
If authors select “Approved with minor corrections”, all corrections must be:
- Clearly listed with page number and line number
- Submitted in a single response
Multiple or subsequent correction requests will not be entertained.
5. Author Declaration
By submitting the proof approval form, the author confirms that:
- The manuscript has been thoroughly reviewed
- The corrections requested are minor and final
- No further changes will be requested after submission
The editorial team will proceed with publication based on this confirmation.
6. Editorial Discretion
The Editorial Office reserves the right to:
- Accept or reject correction requests
- Make necessary editorial or formatting adjustments
- Proceed with publication if no response is received within the stipulated time
7. Finality of Publication
Once the manuscript is published, no further changes will be permitted.
