The partner institution may:

Display the publisher’s name and logo on its official website as Academic Publishing Partner
The Institution may list the publisher’s e-journals among its recommended academic publishing resources.

Conference Publishing Partnership

For conferences, seminars, or workshops conducted by the institution:

Recognition of Dr. BGR Publications as Publishing Partner

⚖ General Terms & Conditions

The MoU is non-exclusive.

Financial terms, if applicable, are defined separately.
The agreement typically remains valid for three (3) years.
Either party may terminate with prior written notice.
Intellectual property rights remain governed by signed author agreements.

📜 Declaration

Accreditation & Authenticity Declaration

The Partner Institution confirms that it is a legally recognized academic or research organization in its respective country and agrees to provide accreditation or registration details upon request.

Editorial Independence

All manuscripts shall undergo independent peer review and the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection rests solely with the Publisher and Editorial Board.

Plagiarism & Ethical Liability

The Partner Institution is responsible for ensuring originality of submitted works. The Publisher shall not be liable for author misconduct including plagiarism, data fabrication, or copyright violations.

Termination for Misconduct

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate the collaboration immediately in cases of academic misconduct, unethical practices, or reputational risk.

Non-Exclusivity Clarification

This agreement is non-exclusive and both parties remain free to collaborate with other organizations.

Jurisdiction / Dispute Handling

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably through discussion. Failing resolution, jurisdiction shall be mutually decided in writing.
