The Lifetime Membership is valid for life and does not require renewal. All benefits remain applicable for the entire duration of the member’s association with Dr. BGR Publications, subject to publisher policies and ethical publishing standards.

Termination, if required, will be carried out following due review and internal assessment. In such cases, membership fees are non-refundable, and associated privileges will cease with immediate effect.

Dr. BGR Publications emphasizes that termination is a rare measure and remains committed to maintaining a respectful, transparent, and ethically governed academic environment for all members.

Dr. BGR Publications strictly adheres to international publishing ethics, including plagiarism prevention, transparent peer review, and responsible authorship practices. Lifetime Members are expected to uphold the same ethical and professional standards in all scholarly activities.

All matters relating to Lifetime Membership, including its interpretation, eligibility, continuation, suspension, or termination, shall be subject to the sole and final decision of Dr. BGR Publications, in accordance with its internal policies and ethical publishing standards. Such decisions shall be taken in good faith and in the best interests of academic integrity.

This provision shall be without prejudice to the applicable laws of India, and any disputes, if unavoidable, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, India.
