Suitable consents, permissions and releases should be obtained where research scholars wish to include case particulars / additional individual information / images of patients and any other persons in a Dr.BGR Publications in order to meet the terms with all relevant laws and rules concerning privacy.

• Each personality, / the personality’s legal guardian / other person with legal authority to act on the individual’s behalf who appears in any snap, icon, photograph, case report (any other identifiable form) is made aware in advance of the fact that such identifiable form is being made and of all the purposes for which they might be used, including revelation to Dr.BGR Publications.   
• In the case of a kid, if parents / guardians oppose the use of the images of that kid, then consent should be deemed not to have been given and those images should not be used.
• Even if consent has been obtained, care must be taken to ensure that the representation could not be seen as denigrating that personality.

• Patients’ and research issue names, initials, hospital / social security information, dates of birth or other personal information should not be used.
• Images of patients / research papers should not be used unless the information is essential for scientific purposes and explicit permission has been given as part of the consent.
• If identifying information is altered to protect anonymity, authors should provide assurances that such modifications do not distort research findings’ meaning.

• Official consents are not required for the use of x-rays, ultrasound images, pathology slides, laparoscopic images, bronchoscopy image, SEM & TEM image, provided that these do not include any recognized marks. 
• If consent has not been obtained, it is generally not sufficient to blur the face of the person concerned.
