No Agents or Brokers Policy

Dr. BGR Publications is committed to maintaining a direct, transparent, and professional relationship with authors, editors, reviewers, conference organizers, institutions, and other publishing partners.
1. No Authorized Agents or Brokers
Dr. BGR Publications does not appoint, authorize, or recognize any agents, brokers, intermediaries, or third-party representatives to act on behalf of the Publisher for its publishing services. All publishing-related communication, submissions, editorial coordination, publication services, and official transactions are handled directly through the authorized communication channels of Dr. BGR Publications.
2. Direct Communication
Authors, editors, researchers, institutions, and conference organizers are encouraged to communicate directly with Dr. BGR Publications regarding:
- Manuscript submissions
- Book submissions
- Conference proceedings / Edited volumes and special issues
- Editorial and guest-editing activities
- Publication charges and payment-related matters
- Corrections, certificates, and other publishing services
3. Payments and Financial Transactions
Dr. BGR Publications does not authorize any individual, agent, broker, or intermediary to collect publication fees, service charges, or other payments on behalf of the Publisher unless expressly confirmed through an official communication channel.
Authors and contributors should make payments only through the officially communicated payment methods of Dr. BGR Publications.
Dr. BGR Publications shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals or third parties.
4. Protection against Unauthorized Representation
If any individual or organization claims to represent Dr. BGR Publications as an agent, broker, consultant, or authorized intermediary, authors and contributors are advised to verify such claims directly with the Publisher before making any payment or sharing documents or personal information.
The use of the name, logo, website identity, publication details, or other information belonging to Dr. BGR Publications by an unauthorized third party does not constitute authorization or endorsement by the Publisher.
5. Author and Contributor Responsibility
Authors, editors, reviewers, and other contributors are requested to exercise appropriate caution when communicating with persons claiming to represent Dr. BGR Publications.
Before proceeding with any financial transaction or providing confidential information, individuals should confirm that the communication originates from an official Dr. BGR Publications channel.
