I/We acknowledge that the classification, allocation, and number of ISBNs to be assigned for the submitted book(s) shall be determined solely at the discretion of Dr. BGR Publications, in accordance with ISBN agency guidelines and publishing standards.

3. Restriction on ISBN Usage

I/We undertake that the ISBN(s) allotted by Dr. BGR Publications shall not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, assigned, reused, or otherwise misused by any other publisher, institution, organization, or third party, under any circumstances.

4. Copyright Compliance

I/We declare that the content of the book(s) and/or publication(s) submitted for ISBN registration does not violate the provisions of the Copyright Act, 1957, or any other applicable national or international intellectual property laws.

5. Originality & Plagiarism Declaration

I/We confirm that the submitted book/manuscript is original, unpublished, and free from plagiarism. All sources have been appropriately acknowledged and cited. I/We accept full legal and academic responsibility for the authenticity of the content.

6. Images, Figures & Third-Party Content

I/We confirm that all images, figures, tables, illustrations, and graphical materials used are either original or reproduced with valid written permission from the respective copyright holders. I/We accept full responsibility for any copyright claims, disputes, or legal consequences arising from their use.

• Large or bulk submissions: approximately 9–14 working days or up to one month

Processing timelines exclude Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and local holidays. ISBNs are allotted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, and applications received earlier will be processed and assigned prior to later submissions.
